If you feel like you might harm yourself or take action to end your life, you need urgent help.
At Sue Ryder, we’re not able to provide emergency support to anyone in crisis because our staff and moderators aren’t trained to do this.
Please:
- Call 999 as soon as possible or
- Go to your nearest A&E.
Even if you don’t feel like you are at immediate risk of hurting yourself, it’s still important to reach out for help. You matter and deserve care and support. Here are some options for you to explore.
