Anniversary/grief
Not feeling great tonight felt kinda ok few days ago
But then the grief comes back & hits you bang
Feel sick tearful & it really hurts
It was a week ago since scatter mum in las ashes was her 1 year anniversary
And before that was my dads 1 year anniversary now his birthday coming up in few weeks
Family don’t really understand what it’s like
This dam lockdown not help either

Yes I will probably light a candle get helium star balloon write msg on it release for my dad
As I cant go anywhere with travel restrictions
Feel little bit better tonite as didn’t feel great past few times
Think just felt overwhelmed with everything
And grief suddenly comes back
