Today the grief cloud seems to be lifting. Gosh it needed to! Such dark thoughts and utter sadness has been trying to dig in again, almost winning 
and no doubt will return and I will need to try to fight them off AGAIN! So exhausting, so relentless!
I have fired up the stero. And have choosen well and I am playing Bob Marley. So uplifting!
So I have everything crossed for a calmer day! Though even a few hours will be a relief to the passed days!
