Why is sleeping alone so horrible?

Still awake, thinking about the people l have lost.
When I close my eyes l relive the last time l saw my husband before he had his heart attack. I miss him so much after being together over 40 years we were one whole. We knew what each other was thinking, I know I am daft but l still feel he is with me. I just wish l could go to sleep and see the happy times we had together and not his last days of being ill. Xx
