Hello @Sks1141,
I’m sorry for the loss of your sister. Sadly, many of our members have experienced the loss of a sibling and will understand some of what you are going through. You might also want to look at our Coping with sibling loss support page.
I’m hearing how painful this is all feeling and I want you to know that you’re not alone. There’s always someone out there to help you through this. Your loss is so recent, you will be going through a massive range of emotions right now.
It sounds like you’re looking for support and I’m glad that you’ve been able to talk about how you’re feeling here. We know that a lot of people experience suicidal thoughts when they are grieving. We have a video about it here which you might find helpful:

There is lots of other support out there, and I would really encourage you to reach out and speak to someone about how you are feeling.
-
If these thoughts of suicide become overwhelming, please call 999 or contact your GP for an emergency appointment immediately.

You can also find your local NHS urgent mental health helpline.
You can also make an appointment with your GP and ask to be referred to counselling or other support services in your area.
You deserve care and support - you are not alone.
Take good care,
Seaneen
I am sorry for you loss and all you still have to do. I’ve learnt along my journey i had to learn to pull back and look after me a little as difficult as that felt.
You are important and you need time to be you. Do you have to visit every day? I know i felt i had to but couldn’t physically do it so found a way to be kind to myself and know your family would not want you stressing or getting ill. Xx
Oh how awful for you I’m so sorry for you. In a similar position myself sister sister passed suddenly in July, mum has advanced dementia and hasn’t capacity for the info would kill her to tell her!! Feel like a liar tho when she asks where dad sis and gran are… gran and dad passed me any years before her illness. My heart is with you it is awful
take care xxxxxxxx
