Finished another one of my Diamond Art pictures so I thought Iād add it. Itās kinder to the fingers but harsh on the eyes to complete than the rugs!!
Not a clue what I will do with them but I donāt read books so itās just something for a bit of an interest.

Itās taken just over a month, but finally finished Harry Potter jigsaw. Iām so pleased I have done it, itās the first one Iāve done since Doug died.
I will start the diamond art picture next.

Do you follow any spiritual teachings/paths that you could perhaps find some comfort in? Not saying it would make it all better but maybe help you find some peace even for a wee while.
Even if itās idle chit chat to distract youā¦do you have any hobbies, favourite tv progs/bands?

Hi Tina, you are right about the sadness. I am the last one of my family now, (no childred I know of). All I have now are my two old cats Fluffy and Tammy. - Loosing two more friends does not help either.
Regarding my old Home town, hmm, donāt know to be honest. I often think of Hamburg lately, but I would not want to live there again. - If you are thinking about āLife comes full circleā, then yes, you might be right. I have thought about visiting and old friend who still live in the same road as I did, but I think it would not be a good idea. I will call her next month (my phone has been down for some time now and still fighting with TT to get it sorted). - I hope you feel much better than I do at the moment. - I will post some more photos today or tomorrow. - Thanks for the post and the two āxxā. Hi Neil,
I love to go and see the cursed child, Iāll add it to my bucket list. Considering how expensive it is to see both performances the tickets are sold way in advance. I think I like to go back to the studios again soon, they added a few things since last time I went.

Cheapest tickets are around Ā£30 for both parts of HP and Iām hoping to see both parts on the same day. Got a few other things to book first though. The theatre last night is one of my regular venues and its the biggest in London quite near Trafalfgar Sq

What a beautiful theatre x the style reminds me of my local theatre before they āupgradedā it at immense expense x
Glad you enjoyed it all and I did not know you could get Harry Potter tickets for so cheap. I walked past the venue when I was down last year and it was all very impressive on the outside so heavens knows what the inside would be like.
You doing ok today with it being Wednesday? Has your friend called?
You said you have a few other plays you want to tick off firstā¦being nosey but what are they lol?
I see Hamilton is coming to Edinburgh next year and not sure if I could sit through it tbh but think my niece wants to go buy will see how much the tickets cost cause thatāll be the determining factor

I was speaking to my goddaughter a couple of days ago about technically being the last in my family but remembered about the cousins, uncles etc that I do still have that never even bother with me (tbf I donāt really bother about them lol) and you know what I donāt need them.
I hope you have at least one good person in your life that you can at this point rely on when things get very bleak and rest assured the lovely bunch here will do everything they can to help.
You may have said and I apologise if I have missed it but not sure how far you are on this journey but your posts here are very welcome and educational and thank you for posting x

This was the first theatre I visited on my London cultural travels so its always special.
Next up is To Kill A Mockingbird which I bought in the sale and which ends in May. American actor Matthew Modine stars . Seeing it on Monday . Got brilliant reviews. Hoping to book something else in the next few days.
As for Hamilton, its very good and cleverly done but wouldnāt appeal to all. Definitely worth seeing though.
My friend who was due to have his cancer op had it cancelled while he was on the train going there yesterday. Had it rescheduled for next Tues so he wasnt too happy.
My best mate phoned earlier. Quiet rest of the week for me!

Hi Suzanne30, my journey has been now one year and nine days exactly today. - I still have a cousin in Germany (son of my motherās half sister) but I have not seen him for over 60 years now. My brother called him once in 2021 and told me that he could not have a proper conversation with him, but he did not tell why and I did not asked.
I have made some new friends in 2022, and three of them are neighbours. One of the neighbours, Margaret, often invites me for a meal or coffee and cake. She is pushing me now to have my hair cut on Friday. (Have not had a haircut for over a year now.)
I get a lot of cuddles from my cats (Fluffy and Tammy), but the mother Fluffy, often smells of fox. I think she sleeps in my back garden, together with a young fox. (Not the same fox as in the photos.) - The fox is beautiful and he or she is waiting for dinner each day. I would love to stroke him or her. Perhaps one day. - Thanks for listening. - Nick

Oh To Kill a Mockingbird is one of my most favourite books/plays ever x I liked Matthew Modine in Stranger Things and Platoon so if heās playing Atticus Finch then I can see him doing a good job. I am very jealous x
That is ridiculous to postpone his surgery on his way to his appointment esp if they know he would be taking public transport x I think thatās almost cruel cause he would be all geared up to have it out of the road x all the best for next week x

my friend just text me and said we were lucky to see Dippy the dinosaur at the museum last year as itās apparently being moved to a museum in Coventry for the next three years x. Not sure what weāll visit when next down in June as all we have planned is lion king as I said so if you have any suggestions Iām all ears x
My niece watched Hamilton on line and now says she doesnāt want to go see it as it bored her

Canāt believe my week off is coming to an end in a couple of days but itās been productive and got to catch up with a few people x

I think you did say but have forgotten but what bit of Germany did you stay? I went to Cologne and Bonn many years ago and one day look forward to go to Berlin as there apparently have great vegan restaurants.
I think it was wise not to ask your brother as some things are better just left alone and that sounds very nice of your neighbour to invite you to cake (again thinking with my stomach lol) x depends if you want a hair cut or not but I often feel better after a haircut as like to feel a little pampered but now you mention I could be doing with one too like a ācoo looking over a dykeā as my mum would have said lol x
Do you have any plans for the weekend apart from a potential haircut? If not then pamper yourself to something x
