My dad passed away on Saturday, it’s the first time in my life I’ve lost somebody I love. So this is so hard for me

My dad passed away a few years ago. He was a lot older than your dad, but losing him was very hard and I can totally understand how hard it must be for you to lose your dad at a young age. I hope that you have family members and friends who can support you at this time. Please feel free to posts on this site as often as you want, there will always be someone who replies. Many others on this site have lost their mum or dad, and it may help you to read some of their posts in the ‘losing a parent’ category, You are not alone. Take care of yourself, Big hug, Jo

it’s the worst kind of pain to ever experience and my messages are always open for you. It’s just over 10mths since Dad passed and this site has been a great help to me so I’m glad that you’ve found this site and just know you’re not alone in this, we’ve all got your back.
