Hi, I have just joined this group and wonder if anyone can help or relate. I lost my sister in October and then my partner with in November. The past few nights I have been having dreams of my partner either being really horrible to me or cheating on me etc.
Has anyone be through this?
I’m so sorry for your losses, I have had extremely strange dreams after the loss of my mum. Things that didn’t really make sense, but I always try to just focus on the dreams that help me move on. I hope that makes sense, sending you so much love and support 
I lost my husband suddenly 20 months ago , and yes I have had the dreams where he was nasty to me , and also said he had found someone else , I found this very upsetting as he was never nasty to me so why dream this , I was 10 years younger than him and he alway said he felt the luckiest man ever to have me , so I know he never would of cheated on me , but in my dream he was holding hands with another woman , I don’t even know who she was ?
My friend became a widow 24 years ago and she also told me that she only ever dreams of her husband arguing?
Wonder what this means ?
I found it really upsetting and was questioning everything which was stupid cos they are just dreams. I’ve been told that my brain is trying to protect me into feeling rejected rather than feeling the ultimate pain of actual loss. I hope this helps you and your friend too x
