Over the last 5 years, I have lost 8 close family members. This has left me with the fear of being on my own.

So sorry for your losses that is alot and although i havent lost as many as you im struggling
in 8 years ive lost my grandad 2012 dad 2016 and partner 2020
I feel like everyones just going it scares me next month is 5th anniversary for my dad and 1st for my partner im already struggling as its creeping up very quickly now
I have my daughter but feel so lost at the moment x

So shocking,and so sorry for your loss. I understand how you feel to a point,as having lost my Mum,Dad,and family dog in the space of 4 years. Life just isn’t the same anymore,you are not alone with experiencing this. I hope you have some good friends,and family still left. Thinking of you,Lucy,xxx
