Hi. Just found this group. I lost my big sister in December 22 and my brother in April 23. Im completely lost without them. Struggling to see any sparkle in life . Feel sick to my stomach. I just dont know how to get used to life without my best friends.

Welcome to the community! I’d like to thank you for bravely starting this thread and sharing how you are feeling with other members.

I’m so sorry to hear about your sister and your brother. Most members on here have sadly experienced the death of a loved one and so will understand some of what you are going through.

I’m sure someone will be along to offer their support, but I wanted to share a few Sue Ryder resources with you that might be helpful.

So sorry to hear you lost your twin sister…it’s such a hard thing losing a brother/sister especially when you are close
