Over the past 4 years I have now lost 6 people in my family. 2 Grandparents, 2 Aunties, last October my mom and just over a week ago my Dad. My Dad died 12 days before my mom’s first anniversary which is this week. I don’t know which way to turn now, the last few months I have been suffering tension headaches and feeling so low which I finally talked to the doctor about today. Hopefully now I will get the help I need but it seems like a really long road and I can’t see the end
