I’m so sorry for your loss. My mum passed in April and I’m struggling, some of the feelings I’m having are completely unexpected.
I’m so sorry you are also going through the same feelings as me, you feel okay and then a picture or a song makes you get overcome by your emotions again, I’ve never cried so much, I was so close with my mum I was her main carer for 24 years, she had rheumatoid arthritis and needed help getting dressed as I got older I could take over driving duties and shopping for her, we lived together the last 18 months right up until her unexpected passing in February

I have dispersion now.no intrest in any thing. I feel lonely.
