How do manage these emotions?

There’s no right or wrong way with coping with grief, you have to get through it the best way you can, it’s hard very hard, but the way I coped was by keeping really busy and walking every day in the fresh air with my dog, keeping busy stops you thinking too much and I found nature is a great healer, you need to do whatever you think is the best for you, sending love Jude xx

There will be many occasions when what ever you put in to place to help you through the days, sometimes it’s still not enough and the emotions will be hard and painful. But that’s ok too.
Every time I had a good day followed by a low day I thought I was failing. Shouldn’t we just keep moving forward …… actually no, grief doesn’t work like that so everything is expectable and ok
