Hello @Susan77 ,
I’m part of the Online Community team and I can see that you are new to the community - I’d like to thank you for bravely starting this thread and sharing how you are struggling. I’m so sorry to hear about your husband. Most community members have sadly experienced the death of a loved one and so will understand some of what you are going through.
I’m sure someone will be along to offer their support. In the meantime, you may wish to look at these Sue Ryder resources which might be helpful.

Take care,
Alex
Im so sorry for your loss, i lost my husband 11 days ago, i understand the struggle. Am finding it worse as the days go on. I find these forums a lifeline i look every morning and evening and helps to know we are not alone in our grief and struggle. Im sorry i dont have more to add as im still struggling myself. The one thing i have found that helps me a little is i started a journal. At first i didnt know how i would write in it, but everynight before i try to sleep i write about my day and feelings, as soon i started i knew i wanted to write it to my husband, so i tell him how im been feeling, what i did or in most cases didnt do. It makes me feel slightly connected.
Sending hugs, please use this forum there are some wonderful and kind people, your not alone.
Sending hugs xx
