14 years ago today i lost my baby boy, my first born. Last couple of weeks leading upto his angelversary have been a nightmare. Seems today everything has crashed down, my heads going 100mph.
I need help to try work my thoughts/feelings out. Please message me if you lost your first born, and then had more children.

You are not alone. Many of our members have lost a child and will understand some of what you’re going through.
It sounds like you really want to talk to someone. I’m sure some of our members will be along to offer their support.
In the meantime, I’m not sure if you’ve heard of The Compassionate Friends, but they support families who have lost a child of any age. They have a grief companion scheme where you can get 1-1 support from another bereaved parent, which you may be interested in. You can call them on 0345 123 2304.
