Tomorrow is mum’s birthday. I have done so well for the past six months I have gone to work and got on with living …I know my mum wants us all to live and be happy .But the eve before it’s mums birthday I feel the hurt in my heart burn like it did when the day happened. I just want to post and say Happy Birthday To The Best Mum Ever … I miss you and I wish you where here with no cancer living your best live with dad and loving us all. I miss you and I will hope I can hold it together at work tomorrow. I love you mum xxx xxx

I also want to wish your mum a happy birthday wishes in remembrance of her. Well done for doing so well over the last few months. It isn’t easy,it is heartbreaking.
I hope you manage at work today. I can empathise with your feelings. I wish my beautiful mam was here too. Life can be so cruel and unfair.

Good afternoon sadandnumb.
Just a short message to see how you are today and how you are feeling.
I am feeling very sad and down again today. Eleven weeks today since my beautiful mam passed away.
I don’t see anyone, so apart from talking to mam as I always do, I cannot speak to anyone else in my limited family about memories of mam.

I’m sorry you have not many people to share your memories. Im sorry it’s another hard day .. some days will be better I promise … you have me and the rest of the community .post on here you will feel happier to sound of here. Thinking of you. Your mum would deffo want you to go out and meet new people what about going to a community club … park garden … a sports activity etc… hope you feel better than you did when you posted this. I’m sorry it is so hard what you are going through. Will be thinking of you
