What can I do when I cant sleep. I did everything for my Sue but still feel I failed her.

How long can a men live with two or three hours of sleep a night
23 weeks and three days ago my little Sue passed 15 Jan 2023. And I am scared to sleep.its getting worse every night.

@Dave13 dear dave i am so very sorry for your loss. This is such a heartbreaking journey we now find ourselves on. I’m sure you never failed your sue and did all you could for her. I think feeling like we failed them or let them down is a part of the grief. Just take one day at a time. The sleep will improve in time. I hope you have support around you. You will definitely find support here from people who understand what you are going through. Take care x

this is hard of your cardiovascular. can you get some medication? you are experiencing the worst time in life. get a little sun every day. drink lots of water, oddly grief is dehydrating. those in grief must care for themselves like an invalid.

I felt the same way. But no we haven’t failed our wives dave 13
