I do sympathize Tigger, with you feeling so tired. It’s a huge effort to do anything and discouraging when you’re not seeing progress. With these jobs though that comes a time when you can see you’re making a difference. So roll on that time.

got chatted up twice today sounds good but both were men lol, I must give out a wrong signal with a blue mustache,well that does not happen a lot but at least it doubles your chances if you that way inclined,brought a smile to my face.

The nature reserve was lovely but it was quite chilly first thing.
Lots of long tail tits and blue tits, herons and even a kingfisher (sorry to quick for a photo)
There were a couple of men giving a talk on moths, moths can be pretty but when they passed round an earwig it was time for off.

Well, here I am again. 
9:16 I’ve just been reading about the UK drought. Yikes 
UK. Heating up and humid here.
Another quiet day at home, chores and garden. The rhythms of the day are comforting, but sadness is there, just below the surface for now. A friend gifted me a butterfly house, arrived in the mail yesterday. I thought though it might be some of Ron’s ashes from his daughter, and was disappointed. However I can now count three friends who have been here for me. That is something.

I hope your having a good day. My daughter is just finishing her packing then I’m off to my sister’s. Also awaiting a call from my GP as they have received a letter from my consultant.
I think the kids had a good time, they made rafts to sail down the river but couldn’t let them go when it came to it x

I have been swimming which was good
My son and grandson have just been round to drop some plants for me to look after while they are away.
It is a weird feeling knowing they are going away and I am not .
I am going to have to make sure I keep super busy . To stop these negative thoughts creeping into my head .

Oh Helen I wish we lived nearer I would come to the seaside with you. We could walk talk and if course cry.
I’m sure your Stephen is very proud of his far you have come.
The gym was really good this morning there were six of us and there was a good atmosphere
