Lovely start to the day weather wise.
Today I’m on childminding duties so that’ll be a lot of snacks, drinks, play, mess. Might have to get her in the garden sweeping leaves n a spade to dig with..
Hope we all manage a good day.
Like people say, you are not stupid. Grief takes you all over the place. We forget stuff, put things in daft places. Somedays just getting up and having a drink or something to eat is a win.
You won’t get better advice…no that’s wrong you won’t get better understanding of your situation than the people on this forum as they are all going through the same situation you now find yourself in everyone a little different in how they deal with it and how long they have been doing so but the support is fantastic you never need to feel alone just post and someone usually answers ,so sorry for your loss just be patient and kind with yourself I myself think it’s the hardest thing I have ever had to deal with in my life at the spritely age of 163 sorry 63 the first number is how old I feel at times but it’s 15 weeks for me I have started finding my feet again although it’s not consistent it is changing and there is hope
