I have been waking up at 5 am everyday since my
Mom died.

My mum, died suddenly 19 months ago, and her favourite film was Serendipity. My niece has the word tattooed on her ankle in memory of my mum.
I still dont slept well since she died and rarely sleep late.
I think it’s normal. What happened to your mum?

I personally haven’t had this happen to me but ever since my mum died in November my Dad has been waking up at 1.30 every single morning… maybe that’s when they come to visit you? Thats such a comforting thought, hope you are okay x

Yes I wake up at 5am every morning, almost to the minute. My mum died on New Years Eve.
