Hiya I don’t quiet know how to put this but I lost my mum to suicide 4 days a go and I’m really not coping well but I feel like I have to be strong for my 2 kids I find it really hard to talks and open up about my feelings but I just don’t know how I’m going to handle Christmas

I really don’t know what to say only I’m so sorry for your loss. Perhaps you could tell us a bit about your mum . It’s so sad when someone is so unhappy enough to commit suicide. X

There is nothing I can say to take away the pain of the loss of your mum. But I just wanted to send my love and prayers.
