Been 4 months since he passed away. Been together for 55 years. I miss his jokes and hugs. It is very lonely even though family do help. I have started doing some voluntary work which does help

Thanks for sharing this with the community. I’m so sorry to hear about your husband. Sadly, many of our members have experienced the loss of their partner so will understand some of what you’re going through.
I’m glad to hear that volunteering is helping a bit. What kind of voluntary work do you do?
