Hi. I lost my Dad to lung cancer 3 months ago. I feel lost if I’m honest. I’m struggling to put into words how I feel as I’m just numb. I was lucky to be with him when he passed and it was very peaceful but I can’t get my head around the fact I’ll never speak to him again. He fought so hard and wasn’t ready to go. I miss him so, so much.

I’m glad that you’ve been able to share how you are feeling here and I hope that you find the community a good source of support. Everyone here has experienced the loss of a loved one and will understand some of what you are going through.
I’m sure someone will be along to offer their support, but I wanted to share a few Sue Ryder resources with you that may help you right now.
