I was supposed to go.out today shopping but i got up and just could not face it and i am supposed to go to the community cafe as well but i dont think i will go as when the social prescriber left me there on my own nobody talked to me and i did not know who start a conversation with so just sat there watching everybidy else so i do not want to do that again

When I first qualified as a green twenty two year old, my instructor said that seat is yours “ for now” when the time comes, don’t look back and dont say just one more spin,go and make a new life,and I have applied that analogy to my life,take the bull by the horns,be bold and take a few risks,I now have a new lady in my life, so to my mind the alternative is unacceptable, it’s not for all but it is for me.

All any of us has got is today, and we have to make the best of it. We all know people who would have given everything for just one more day, so we should be grateful and make the most of every opportunity.
My life changed forever on the day my husband died. But I am determined that his death will not rob me or my kids of our lives too. So, I now have a new life, and I am happy. It wasn’t easy, but sometimes a leap of faith is required.
