I am really struggling to come to terms with the fact that my step dad is moving on. Its been 16 months since we lost my mum and he has started a new relationship. Am i being selfish in thinking its too soon?

I’m sorry for the loss of your mam. I think everyone copies with the loss of a partner in different ways. It’s hard to see your stepdad moving on but I’m sure he needs your understanding too. Be kind to yourself too.
