Hi Jackie,
There is nothing harder I’m sure of that. That is why this site is so comforting. We are all here sadly due to a bereavement but because of that we all understand how painful it is.
I call this my new family, I can say what I want, be how I want to be, feel what I what to feel and nobody judges.
