Youngest son died suddenly in January now I’m having to cope with my eldest who can’t except
The death of his brother he’s had a mental breakdown been in hospital hasn’t had any help what’s so ever but he was in army now the veterans are helping him no nhs cares. Been bad few weeks but now have to focus on this been heartbreaking

There is an organisation The Compassionate Friends who offer support for families who have lost a child of any age. They do have a telephone helpline on 0345 123 2304 or you can email them at helpline@tcf.org.
I would also like to guide you to Mind who could give you advice and support to help you with your eldest son. There is a Mind helpline on 0300 123 3393 which operates Monday-Friday.
It may be worth chatting to your son’s GP or your GP to see if they can support you. I do hope you get the support and help you need for your son.
