Never done this before, feeling very lost & alone, husband died Oct 2022, his birthday tomorrow. We have 4 children, 3 adults now, 1 younger, all still at home. I have so much to live for, they are all amazing, just feel not good enough.

Just to let you know that I understand perfectly how you are feeling. Posting on here really helps. You can just give your thoughts and emotions free rein.
My mam passed away 9 weeks ago. We lived together for 60 years. She was my world. I don’t really have any support. I miss her so much.

Hello cir, so sorry for the loss of your spouse. I lost my husband almost 9 weeks ago, and it has been just horrible, I also have 2 grown children and 2 grandkids. I love them they are my world. But I know what you mean about not being enough, we need our spouse, no one can take their place. We want that love that we lost. Take care and God bless you
