Hi Paulina,

So sorry you’re feeling this way. Grief is such a tough journey to travel and it sounds like you’ve bottled up your feelings for a long time, which must have been difficult.

If you want to talk about your dad some more, please do as there is always someone here to listen and understand. This site is a great place to connect with others in similar positions.

Sending you love xx

Hi Paulina,
I reiterate what Lucy says. Keep posting bon here as it’s a great way to gain support and friendships.I am also so sorry for your loss.
Thinking of you

Thank you , i really appreciate this

I appreciate that, thank you.
I was only 10 when I lost my dad plus I was the one that found him that morning all those years ago.
For the past 3 years I’ve been going to therapy and building my confidence , dealing with trauma and even though I am finally strong enough to mourn and face all of this, its getting me down and that sucks and feels lonely
