My mom had been battling lung cancer that saw her vibrant, happy, funny self lose her life!
She had been moved to a hospice and looked like she was going to be around for a couple more weeks! Travel plans to go home to see her in a couple of weeks! Then, get urgent phone call from sister to change plans that her condition changed drastically and she was going to be only a week or so!
I flew home and we had two good visits and an Easter dinner with the family! On Tuesday morning we woke up expecting to go visit her and then received the phone call that she had passed!
