I was 20 weeks pregnant when I lost my baby Darla, I was in so much pain for days that I began to develop an infection. Lost a lot of blood and a high fever, unfortunately I had to give birth to her and she was born asleep. I held her and was with her for two days following in hospital, i then left to go home. I have never experienced pain like it. I have two older children who need me here, although I am not suicidal, the thought of death does not scare me as it used to. My daughter Darla’s death comforts me, knowing she is waiting for me in heaven. The daily pain is unreal and I am stuck in it. All I feel is sadness and feeling numb.
Hello Alex10 , so very sorry for the loss of your baby, so sorry you went through that. I have 2 children, and I can’t even imagine going through something like that. My daughter had a miscarriage early on in her pregnancy, but it shattered both my daughter and her husband. I pray that God strengthens and comforts you during such a difficult time, God bless you and your family. Take care. ![]()

Dear Alex I am so sorry to hear your pain. It is the case of most of the people on this site, that we no longer fear death and although we want to be reunited with are loved ones we must keep going on through the pain suffering. You especially with your two children who need your love.
I hope you can find some peace. You may need help from a counsellor to help you. Thinking of you and keeping you in my prayers
Wishing you all the strength you will need
Tom
