Lost my fiance on 28th December 2022 sudden death,waited for post mortem till 23rd January 2023 they found out it was faulty valve to heart that made heart swell up and have cardiac rest…its so hard and hurts so much,not sleeping well…grieving so hard …

Sending you much love and support on the loss of your beloved fiancé. That must have been such a shock. The disbelief with a sudden death (my husband’s was too) takes quite a while to come through. There is no formula for grief so we can’t predict what we will feel and when but a wise man said to a friend of mine ‘whatever you are feeling now is how you are meant to be feeling.’
I hope you will find some comfort here with others who at least understand firsthand what losing a partner feels like. It is a loss beyond any other in my experience.
