Would any of you lovely people on here be able to tell me how I am able to access my sons medical records as we feel there was some negligence by the hospital. Thanks xxx

I’m sorry about your son. I’ve found this on the NHS website which explains how to get access to medical records:

You can contact your NHS trust.
I wrote a letter of complaint to mine via email and requested my son’s records. It can all be done online, you fill in a SARs request.
Be aware that doctors surgery records are completely separate and you have to contact your surgery to request them.
I am now waiting as the hospital is carrying out an investigation at my request.
