i had a miscarriage yesterday and that’s how i found out i was pregnant, i was 11 weeks pregnant and i had a full natural miscarriage over the course of about 5 hours. i had no idea i was pregnant and i assumed it was period pains when i went into the hospital, i didn’t even get a chance to see if it was a boy or girl. i don’t even know what to do now, im alone and just trying to deal with it, the father is not in my life anymore and i haven’t told him what happened nor do i plan on because there’s nothing he can about what has happened already. i’m still in disbelief about what happened
