I miss my dad it’s been 2 Years now still can’t believe he’s gone sometimes it was very sudden and totally out of the blue I don’t really know what to put other than I miss my dad so very much an I hope he knew how much I love him

I’m sorry about your dad - I can hear your heartbreak. I’m sure someone will be along to offer their support, but I just wanted to let you know that you have been heard and you are not alone.
I also wondered if you had ever thought about writing to your dad. Some people write letters, or others may use a grief journal. I know journaling is something lots of our members have found really helpful. You can read posts about grief journals here.
