It seems it’s that time of year again, I went into a store, looking for a birthday present for a family member, & was greeted with a wall of “mother’s day” stuff, 
, April it’ll be 4 years since mom passed, missing her.

Will be my first Mother’s Day without my mum, we never made a thing of it as we decided it’s mums day everyday, she wernt big on the marketing side of the day, but I still made the effort. Used to make cards rather than buying so I wernt contributing to the marketing scam as she called it. Truth to be honest.
Every day is hard, without someone calling it Mother’s Day.

True, spent a few moments opting out of mother’s days emails. Albeit I am one. Just don’t need it for my first year without one
