Its 9mth since i lost my amazing mother and its getting worse not better . Ive list a lot of people in my life esp over the last 5 years yet th9s loss has stopped my whole world

Hiya i lost my mum last year August. Mum was my best friend and as you say it does feel like it gets worse not better! Things you want to share and talk about, knowing cant ever make new memories, so hard isnt it…trying to keep strong. I lost my dad ten years ago and couple friends over years but as you say losing mum is debilitating. I hope you dont feel too isolated…

It’s the hardest thing to go through. I feel the same as you. Since my mum died , I feel broken.
