Hi hope all is well I’ve come here to express has when I talk to famliy and freinds I do nothing but cry I feel this way it may help so I lost the most important man to me who I spent everyday with doing the normal things people do food shopping ect my dad passed away on Sunday the 19th of October we had a quick frunearl witch we all done him proud I carnt help but feel guilty he was on his own in hospital when he passed I stayed at his house for 3 weeks later has I didn’t want to leave now I’m home I’m lost has I spent nearly every day with him I carnt stop crying missing him I’ve never had to deal with grieve be four is there anything out there to help I’m already on medication b4 my dad past and I just don’t feel that it’s helping many thanks
