My dad died last month after a long battle with dementia. We shared an incredible bond and I loved him unconditionally. He was everything to me and now I feel completely lost without him. He was my best friend and I spent almost every weekend with him. When he had to go to a care home I visited him every week for 3 years. I feel completely empty and I don’t know what to do.

I feel exactly the same with my dad who was taken by the NHS
Keep taking good care of yourself to manage the time and keep.in contact with friends, family and us here. Stay busy & keep up with events & activities.
