How to cope
Hi wendy, I’m so sorry for your loss, my son aged 29 died at the scene of a car crash in Dec 2016. It is 19 weeks tomorrow.
I got that dreaded knock on the door. They say take one minute , hour day at time so hard to do isn’t it?. You sit and all that goes round is this can’t be happening, can’t be true? How is it possible?
Do you have support around you? My son Antony is my youngest he has older sister.
I know it doesn’t seem real, you will be in shock if you want to talk pm me any time.
