In July this year, my mum sadly passed away, she was my confidant, advisor and best friend. Little did I know that last Christmas would be her last and I never got to see her due to lockdown. I dealt with everything as my other siblings and father were taking it hard so I had to be the stoic one. In the last 3 weeks I had another close family member pass. The last two years have been the hardest of my life but I’ve survived all t I finally broke and it’s a strange feeling as I dont know what I’m supposed to do.

You can only be strong for so long. It’s now your time to grieve. Thankfully you have found this site and hopefully if you continue to read and post on here you will find that we can offer support and understanding to you.
