Why does my profile photo keep being deleted ? I save it again, it lasts for maybe a day or two, then reverts to that image of the first letter of my user name.

Maybe it’s me doing something wrong, but I notice that nobody else, apart from Michelle, has a photo avatar.
It disappears whenever I log out

Hello everyone,
A quick update to let you know that the fault with profile pictures has now been fixed. From now on if you chose to upload a profile picture it will be saved to your profile unless you remove it.
If you come across any other issues with these images, or with anything else, please do let me know.
