Does anyone have any experience on accessing loved ones medical records? Its complicated to explain but my husbands daughter were asking, as they think something was missed. I dont feel that it would make a difference to me knowing all the details. Nothing is going to bring him back. But i would go through the process for them.
Dear @Juliep88, I am so sorry that your dear husband has died. You can access his medical records by contacting Primary Care Support England. If he died in hospital, and you need to request records that the hospital have, then you might have to contact the PALS team at the hospital to help you with that.
