Hi my name is Christine I am 76 years old, and 6weeks ago my whole world was turned upside down when my husband did 59 years had a heart attack. I have a very supportive family but I am finding it so hard to cope without him.

I’m so sorry to hear about your husband, it’s completely normal to feel that way.
Most community members have sadly experienced the death of a loved one and so will understand some of what you are going through.
