I am feeling very lonely don’t feel part of anything .I miss my husband so much,my son lives thousands of miles away and although he is supportive I feel guilty dropping my feelings on him

I’m sorry you have had to join this forum. It’s devastating to lose our special person. It is lonely, life has changed significantly.
I know how it feels to not want to burden your children with how you feel. But I have found they have big shoulders and they want to help.

If it’s too hard to share how you feel with your son then off load on here. We get it, we understand. Nearly 10 months for me. It has got easier. This forum has helped loads.

Yeh its hard telling our kids isnt it :frowning: you will feel alone … so do i … we lost man we loved havent we :frowning: take care xx

I know how you feel, I don’t feel like I belong anywhere , I lost my partner , he’s my soul mate and best friend.
I don’t tell my daughters how I feel but I think they can see.
