Still crying that sounds like screaming

I don’t know if I’m the only person who crying like that cause there’s no one to speak to at 3/4 in the morning cause I have now lost everyone and I don’t want to call Rich’s family all the time cause I feel like I’m causing them pain so I don’t know what to do and it’s not fair he was only 40 two months before he passed I hate saying the d word

So sorry for your loss, your not alone, I lost my beloved husband on 23rd November to cancer, he had just turned 50 in june, 19th October we celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary. Now im struggling without him and I miss him everyday.
We had so many plans and dreams for the future and now there gone. Ive not stopped crying since and the pain is unbearable.
Being on here helps me to get it all out

My husband was older but young for his age.
He was such a lovely caring man.

He died suddenly and unexpectedly sitting next to me.

Hi ya yes we all feel like that but we are all differant as for crying l was awake at 4.00 and answered her . When you care for someone with dimentia after there loss it can take a year for sleep paterns to return . She was so so suprised and we had a chat and she after a while said she could sleep she got back to me and said thank you . The fact is we are about 24 hours a day thats whats good about sue ryder ken near oxford
