Hi @Graste.
I think we all have those days when it seems so much harder than it did the day before.
I don’t know about you but, for me, there is no ryme or reason to it.
Nothing in particular has happened or not happened- it just is worse, somehow, and I can’t work out why.
Part of the human condition, I suppose - even the non-bereaved don’t feel the same way every day.
This forum is very helpful, I find, on the bad days.
There’s almost always someone here who will understand and offer you a virtual hug if that helps.
