I’m 70 years old and lost my wife to illness a year ago.We were together for 52 years,and i’m finding extremely difficult to go on living without her. I have close family members ,but it being their mother they lost,it’s hard to let them know how i feel.I go out every day for a coffee and to do some shopping,which distracts me for a while,but all the bad feelings come back when i’m alone in the house.As i’ve previously mentioned,it’s been a year now since my loss,but my feelings seem to be worse as time goes on. I would find it beneficial to be able to converse with like minded people Brian
