Just wondering everyone’s thoughts and experiences of therapy. I’ve never had counselling or therapy before. However I wonder if I will need it after the devastating loss of my mum. Part of me thinks it would help to talk things through. However, I also wonder if it’s going to make it more painful or if I’ll feel frustrated by someone pretending they understand when they probably haven’t lost someone that close.
