We don’t want to be the sympathy vote!
We want people to be in our company because of us, because we are good company!
Me and hubby were fun! The ones you’d want there to share the laughs, the chaos!
Going forward hopefully I will regain that! Be what, what was me!
That’s the thing Absent, we were all a pair. We bounced off each other, shared the story telling. I know I’ve lost confidence now. When I am with couples I feel invisible, shouted down so I stay silent. No longer good company.
Maybe that’s why widows groups are were we all end up, so we are heard.
In time maybe our confidence will return, for now I really don’t care what people think. I’ll take it one step at a time.
